Essex County Council certified and approved three Rivers Country Club to be used as a venue for the solemnisation of Civil Marriages under the Marriage Act 1994, Marriages (Approved Premises) Regulations 1995 on 7th February 2003. At each marriage ceremony a Superintendent Registrar and Registrar must be in attendance.
